Circle Of Iniquity by Vic Pandal

A series of individual, though related, short stories depicting the experiences of seventeen-year old Vish as he struggles with romance and the insecurities of adolescence while navigating the volatile red light district of Georgetown, Guyana in exotic South America, during the end of the 1970s and early 1980s. Vish’s life is made even more complex by the need to support his widowed mother and siblings. Applaud and lament his triumphs and failures as Vish perseveres, not merely to survive, but to succeed, with the aid of relatives, friends, lovers, and random strangers.
