- Coils of the Camoudie by Vic Pandal. A full length novel spanning three decades in beautiful Guyana from the 1960s through the 1980s featuring the lives two sisters as they move from dire poverty to comfort and beyond.
- Circle Of Iniquity by Vic Pandal. A series of individual, though related, short stories depicting the experiences of seventeen-year old Vish as he struggles with romance and the insecurities of adolescence while navigating the volatile red light district of Georgetown, Guyana in exotic South America. Vish’s life is made even more complex by the need to support his widowed mother and siblings. Applaud and lament his triumphs and failures as Vish perseveres, not merely to survive, but to succeed, with the aid of relatives, friends, lovers, and random strangers.
Who is Vic Pandal?
Vic Pandal is the nom de plume of Vincent Persaud who was brought into the world by mid-wife Nurse Abiohlah in August of 1963, in a small unpainted hut, in Grove Housing Scheme, on the East Bank of the Demerara River, in exotic Guyana, South America. Growing up in an environment free of too many restraints fostered a spirit for adventure and excitement, and a vivid imagination. More about me.
